Ensign Ranch. Week 2 (November 4-10, 2022)

 Week 2 at Ensign Ranch

11/3/22 It snowed overnight and rained in the morning. Elder Kennedy’s huge bonfire out in the snow at night.

11/4/22 I made dinner. I shared some with the other elders and they loved it. Elder Giles especially liked it. It’s super filling too.

11/5/22 The perfect golden brown roasted marshmallow

11/7/22 Worked on making a roof for the commissary. 1st is me with the chop saw. 2nd is me hammering nails in the trusses.

11/9/22 We had carrot cake for Elder Elegante’s birthday (my favorite cake)

11/9/22 So many fallen trees and tree limbs. There’s always a lot of work to do! The 2nd pic is a tree in our backyard. We spent the day cleaning up fallen trees and limbs all over Ensign Ranch.

Elder Elegante is a Senior missionary at Ensign Ranch. He’s great with the young Elders. He reminds me a little of my Dad. He’s quiet and wise and gives me great advice.
