Nov 18- Dec 1

November 17- Had a rough day with a migraine. I was a little late to devotional and it was my turn to give it. But thankfully I remembered a scripture I'd recently read in Isaiah and was able to share that for my devotional. We always read from the Book of Mormon as a group and the scripture I shared from Isaiah fit in perfectly with what we were reading in the Book of Mormon. It was really cool!

November 18- I've had some hip pain lately and my sister told me to ice it at night. I've been doing that and it's helped a lot. The pain has slowed me down a little with my work, so I really prayed that I could get better so I could work my best. I feel like Heavenly Father has strengthened me. I've been able to work harder lately. Elder Elegante complimented me and told me he really appreciates all my hard work. That made me feel good. I was blessed to feel good so I could work.

November 22- We swept the crawl space basement area under the lodge today. Lots of cobwebs. We had a broom that looked like gross cotton candy by the end. Me and Elder Speed probably inhaled a bunch of dust too. I blew my nose and it looked like mud.

November 23- The Elders are allowed to go home for a couple days during Thanksgiving and Christmas. Elder Elegante had to make a trip to Costco and offered to drop me off at home. My parents took me to dinner at El Porton that night. Thanksgiving at home was fun with my family.

November 26- Elder Morrill sent me this photo of the sunset at Ensign Ranch. He said he was thankful for this beautiful place. I agree.

November 29- Chopped wood and moved it to the wood shed. I feel like I worked hard and completed a good amount of work. Also it's going to snow 8-12 inches tomorrow so I'll have a lot of work tomorrow too.

November 30- It snowed 1 1/2 feet! Busy shoveling today!
